Steps to make 水烙馍

  • 1.面粉加入清水拨成絮状
  • 2.和成光滑面团,饧30分钟
  • 3.将松弛好的面团分成大小均等的小剂子。
  • 4.用擀面杖将揉圆的面剂子加面粉擀成薄面皮。
  • 5.蒸锅篦子涂抹一层食用油防粘,也可以放打湿的蒸屉布
  • 6.水烧开后,放入一张面皮,然后盖盖蒸。
  • 7.等上一张放进去之后,锅盖周围有蒸汽出来后,打开锅盖,再放第二张。
  • 8.依此类推,重复相同动作,直到放完最后一张。
  • 9.等最后一张饼放进去后,盖上锅盖,再蒸五分钟即可。
  • 10.五六分钟左右,关火打开盖子薄饼已经蒸好了。
  • 11.将饼逐张揭开,看看是不是很薄,可以搭配各种菜肴食用
