白切鸡(没错,今天是个特别的日子)
今天过生日,晚餐少不了白切鸡。很爱哦,鸡很多做法,我想只有两广的朋友比较喜欢这种做法吧,家常菜,北方的朋友比较喜欢炖的,也尝尝我们的做法吧

Steps to make 白切鸡(没错,今天是个特别的日子)

  • 1.鸡洗净,内脏也洗净,鸡肚内放适量盐。
  • 2.锅里放入鸡及内脏,放入浸过鸡一半的水即可,把鸡煮熟,先大火后改小火煮,可以用筷子插入鸡胸或鸡腿部分,如果没有血水留出,即熟,或看你口味,喜欢熟烂一点的,可以煮久一点点。如果喜欢鲜的,可以小火闷熟,也不错哦。
  • 3.煮好后,乘出稍微不那么烫手了,砍块装盘。
  • 4.别忘记了之前教你做过的蘸料哦。
