Steps to make 红焖带鱼

  • 1.主料准备好
  • 2.带鱼洗净,去内脏切块,用少量盐、胡椒粉、料酒腌制一会
  • 3.再用厨房纸洗去表面水分
  • 4.随后拍上干淀粉(别太厚)
  • 5.姜蒜切片,辣椒切丁
  • 6.姜蒜放油锅里爆香
  • 7.放带鱼中火慢煎
  • 8.煎至两面表皮微焦倒入生抽、老抽、料酒烹出香味
  • 9.兑入少量清水,放入辣椒,大火煮开,小火焖煮6、7分钟
  • 10.调入少量白糖,大火收汁即可
