  • 1.主料:带鱼段500克
  • 2.副料:葱、姜、蒜、红椒调料:花椒、大料、陈皮、香叶、料酒、料汁(老抽、盐、白糖、陈醋 2:2:3:6)
  • 3.微压力锅中加油烧热,油热后将葱、姜、蒜、红椒、花椒、大料、陈皮、香叶入锅炒制
  • 4.佐料炒香后冲入开水
  • 5.水开后将带鱼段放入锅中,加入料酒去腥
  • 6.然后将配好的料汁倒入锅中
  • 7.盖上高压锅盖,中火压制30分钟
  • 8.30分钟后打开锅盖,大火将汤汁收浓即可
