蒜子青椒炒鸡块

  • 青椒2个
  • 香菇6颗
  • 1匙
  • 胡椒粉1匙
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 蒜子青椒炒鸡块

  • 1.鸡剁成块。
  • 2.泡发的香菇切块、蒜粒,青椒切圈。
  • 3.起锅热油放入蒜子和香菇,炒出香气。
  • 4.放入鸡块。
  • 5.放适量的盐入味。
  • 6.继续炒至没有水分时,放入酱油、料酒、糖、胡椒粉调味,盖盖中火焖2分钟。
  • 7.开盖,水分已收干。
  • 8.放入青椒和泡椒,去翻炒至熟,如果太干可以适量撒点水。
  • 9.最后加少许鸡精调味即可。
  • 10.成品。十分钟也能炒出美味鸡块,而且味道挺棒呢。
