Steps to make 韩国泡菜辣白菜

  • 1.洗干净大白菜(留着水,不要控干)
  • 2.白菜从底部中间切两半
  • 3.半颗白菜从底部切一刀,不要切断
  • 4.白菜浸一下水,保持湿润(因为只有湿白菜才有利于盐腌制后脱水)
  • 5.白菜每片叶子上擦盐,腌制3-4小时,直到白菜充分脱水。
  • 6.韭菜切段,胡萝卜切细丝,苹果、洋葱、大蒜和姜切成末(用料理机打碎也可以)
  • 7.糯米粉加水烧开,期间不断搅拌,以免粘锅底,直到糯米粉液体呈现半透明的浆糊状
  • 8.糯米粉放凉后加入上述的杂菜中拌匀
  • 9.加适量韩国辣椒面,虾皮,白糖,酱油,鱼露拌匀
  • 10.把腌好的白菜中盐水倒掉不要,白菜用清水洗一下,然后在白菜上涂上上述的辣椒杂菜浆糊
  • 11.把白菜拌好 放进密封容器中保存,可以当时就吃,也可以放几天吃,味道超级赞~ 喜欢酸甜口的可以继续加糖和醋~
