  • 泡打粉5g

  • 可可粉10g
  • 无盐黄油60g
  • 糖粉150g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油牛奶120ml(可以用110ml牛奶 10ml柠檬汁来代替)
  • 香草精半勺
  • 红色食用色素20g
  • 白醋半勺

Steps to make 红丝绒纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.过筛低筋面粉,可可粉,再倒入泡打粉和盐,干搅拌(上面份量做出12个左右纸杯蛋糕, 搅拌均匀
  • 2.黄油牛奶(或110ml牛奶 10ml柠檬汁)里面倒入红色食用色素,搅拌均匀
  • 3.打发黄油
  • 4.加入过筛糖粉和鸡蛋
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入一半的第一步骤干搅拌的粉末倒入到黄油里,搅拌均匀
  • 7.倒入2分之1的和色素搅拌好的牛奶,搅拌均匀,再重复步骤7和8,把剩下的面粉和牛奶都倒进去搅拌
  • 8.倒入纸杯里,倒满三分之二
  • 9.放入预热到175度的烤箱烤20分钟左右
  • 10.打发150ml奶油和40g砂糖
  • 11.把蛋糕中间切开,涂上奶油再合上
  • 12.蛋糕上面再挤一些奶油,并把一些蛋糕碎撒到上面做成点缀即完成!
