Steps to make 红烧带鱼

  • 1.带鱼洗干净,切段、表面打花刀
  • 2.放入姜片、葱丝、盐、胡椒粉、料酒拌匀,腌制20分钟
  • 3.煎锅中倒入适量植物油,放入腌好的带鱼煎制
  • 4.将带鱼煎到两面金黄备用
  • 5.另起锅,倒入植物油,将葱、姜、蒜、八角、花椒、香叶、干辣椒放入爆香
  • 6.添入适量水,倒入蚝油、酱油、料酒煮开放入煎好的带鱼
  • 7.中火将汤汁收干
  • 8.装盘,表面撒适量葱花装饰即可
