  • 1.童子鸡去脖子、鸡爪,然后洗干净,记住要去掉黄黄的鸡油哦。然后将鸡从背部切开。
  • 2.奥尔良腌料和水调成汁。比例(7:7:100),就是100克鸡肉,放7克奥尔良腌料加7克清水。
  • 3.将鸡充分摸匀。
  • 4.按摩透,两面都要腌制,然后保鲜膜包起来,放冰箱1天,期间最好翻面几次。
  • 5.等鸡肉充分入味。
  • 6.烤箱220度,烤制25-30分钟,出锅前10分钟,在表面刷上蜂蜜水。
  • 7.色泽金黄,香味浓郁。
