日式照烧鸡排饭
最近不是停电就停水的节奏,让做淘宝的我崩溃至极,一停电只能往咖啡厅里跑,那里的饭菜真的是吃的够够的了
今天也木有去买菜,冰箱里翻出两鸡腿,就这么美好的给解决了。。。
貌似两鸡腿还没吃够,哈哈。。。夏天人家都是要减肥,我却是在变成猪的节奏。

  • 鸡翅两个
  • 胡萝卜一个
  • 五香粉两勺
  • 料酒两勺
  • 香油少许
  • 生抽五勺
  • 蜂蜜两勺
  • 少许

Steps to make 日式照烧鸡排饭

  • 1.鸡腿两只清洗干净哦
  • 2.用剪刀顺着鸡腿外侧剪开,把骨头剔出来,,其实不难啦,但是要注意手哦
  • 3.将鸡皮一侧翻过来,用刀背敲打,使肉质松软,用叉子在鸡皮上均匀的叉匀,这样不仅可以防止皮缩,还能更好的入味哦,另外没有叉子的牙签也可以哦。。
  • 4.再处理好的鸡腿上撒上五香粉,料酒,盐,并轻轻的按摩,大概腌制十分钟左右。。。
  • 5. 生菜清洗干净,胡萝卜切小片儿。。
  • 6.开始调照烧汁儿:蜂蜜五勺,生抽五勺,料酒两勺,在加入少许水,搅拌均匀,使之蜂蜜不在沉底。。
  • 7.平底锅内不要加油,鸡皮朝下煎至出油
  • 8.用铲子一直均匀的按压鸡腿,让里面的油份和残留的血水一点点儿的出来
  • 9.领取一锅,锅内上水将胡萝卜焯水,并沥干水分,加入香油和少许盐搅匀
  • 10.翻面继续煎至,使之两边都泛有金黄色,倒出多余的油份,将调好的照烧汁放入锅内,,小火慢慢炖三分钟,大火收汤,留一小部分汤汁。。。
  • 11. 将煎至好的鸡腿肉并沥干汤汁放在案板上,将鸡肉切成长条即可。。
  • 12.将米饭盛在一个碗里,轻轻的按压。。
  • 13.将生菜铺在一个碗里
  • 14. 再把米饭倒扣在生菜上面,再把切好的鸡肉放在米饭上面,并淋上照烧汁,并将之前拌好的胡萝卜放在边上,既美观又美味哦。。。
  • 15.小朋友也很喜欢哦。。。。一点也不会觉得油腻,套用时下很流行的一句话:胡萝卜和鸡腿很配哦。。
