    • 1.杂鱼洗净。
    • 2.五花肉切片。
    • 3.切好葱段,姜片,香菜。
    • 4..沙煲置炉上,开火,将五花肉铺在沙煲底部。
    • 5.放进洗好沥干水份的小鱼,加酱油、盐,放上姜片,葱段适当加点水,大火开锅,用中小火煲。
