香煎鲳鱼
鲳鱼,鲳鱼,又名白鲳、鲳板、镜鱼、平鱼、鲳扁鱼。富含高蛋白、不饱和脂肪酸和多种微量元素。而且具有益气养血、补胃益精、滑利关节、柔筋利骨之功效。

Steps to make 香煎鲳鱼

  • 1.食材,洗净。
  • 2.鲳鱼的两面改刀。
  • 3.加入料酒,精盐抹匀。
  • 4.加入黑胡椒粉。
  • 5.加入椒盐和孜然粉,抹匀。
  • 6.抹匀后,在鱼肚子内放上生姜片,腌制半小时以上。
  • 7.电饼铛预热,涮油。
  • 8.放姜姜片和洋葱丝。
  • 9.放入鲳鱼,表面涮油。
  • 10.盖上盖,开上下火,煎一会之后再翻面。
  • 11.煎至两面微黄,加入适量椒盐和孜然粉。
  • 12.装盘。
