Steps to make 香煎鲳鱼

  • 1.准备:鲳鱼。
  • 2.先将鲳鱼处理好,在鱼身上划花刀,抹一丢丢的盐和米酒,方便入味也易熟,备姜,蒜头。
  • 3.热锅放油,油量稍微多一点,算是半煎炸的方式,这样鱼皮会更香脆。
  • 4.约五分钟左右翻另一面煎,鲳鱼肉质比较厚,多翻面煎几次才能熟透的。
  • 5.煎至两面金黄了,放入姜片和蒜头小火煸香。
  • 6.鱼熟透了先铲出装盘,利下的油煸香姜蒜,调少许酱油和糖。
  • 7.最后将酱汁直接淋在鲳鱼身上即可。
