万能的印度飞饼哦--自制山寨版"手抓饼"
飞饼真是个好东西~ 上次用来做蛋挞,还能做手抓饼 嘎嘎
这是我周末在家每一次没有早饭吃的时候必做的早饭~
做起来简单,又快,食材也是冰箱里常见的 嘎嘎

Steps to make 万能的印度飞饼哦--自制山寨版"手抓饼"

  • 1.准备材料,我用思念牌印度飞饼(甜味或咸味,我个人喜欢咸味的不过吃完了,只能用甜味的了)
  • 2.平底锅小火,放一点点黄油,不放也可以,我好像放多了
  • 3.培根切成2段、两面煎熟,取出待用
  • 4.把飞饼(不用解冻)放进平底锅,直到下面一面有点熟了,再翻面
  • 5.翻面。用铲子稍微压一下、推一下,就像卖手抓饼摊子上的人一样,这样飞饼会松一点,两边都熟了以后,取出待用
  • 6.把蛋液倒入平底锅
  • 7.把刚才做好的培根放在蛋液上
  • 8.直到蛋液稍稍凝固,就可以把飞饼盖在上面了,用铲子压一下
  • 9.翻面,嘎嘎,就快做完咯
  • 10.正面放上一片奶酪片,锅内的温度会使它软化
  • 11.取出,浇上番茄酱
  • 12.把饼对折~哈哈 山寨版手抓饼做好咯~啧啧 好吃啊~
