韩餐小吃---韩国土豆饼
土豆饼是土豆控一族的大爱,而且做法也是多种多样。
韩式的土豆饼不仅样子美观,口感也是绵软香糯,非常的好吃。
在做法上会有些许的不同,它是用生土豆和洋葱擦成茸再加入适量的面粉和鸡蛋煎至而成。
在口感上更加软糯清香,视觉效果也很美艳。
我这次是用搅拌器把土豆和洋葱搅打成蓉,再和面粉鸡蛋搅拌,口感更加细腻软糯。

Steps to make 韩餐小吃---韩国土豆饼

  • 1.准备好是所有的食材。
  • 2.青红辣椒洗净切圈备用。
  • 3.土豆洋葱分别去皮切块放入搅拌机中。
  • 4.搅打成土豆蓉。
  • 5.面粉加入鸡蛋。
  • 6.在倒入搅打好的土豆蓉。
  • 7.加入盐,糖,胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 8.平底锅少加一些油舀入一勺土豆糊上面摆放上两个青红辣椒圈小火慢煎。
  • 9.小火煎至两面金黄饼熟即好,吃的时候可以沾食葱花酱油。
