    Steps to make 海参捞饭

    • 1.主料:即食海参辅料:西兰花、胡萝卜调味:鲍鱼汁、蚝油、葱、姜、鸡汤
    • 2.海参洗净;胡萝卜切菱形片;西兰花切小朵备用。
    • 3.锅置火上倒少许橄榄油,下入葱姜片煸香捞出。
    • 4.将海参下入锅中,烹料酒。
    • 5.倒入鸡汤没过主料即可。
    • 6.加入蚝油一勺、鲍鱼汁一勺,小火煨20-30分钟入味。
    • 7.白水煮熟胡萝卜片、西兰花备用。
    • 8.汤汁收至浓稠盛出装盘即可。
