网红雪花酥
网红雪花酥,源于台湾小甜食牛轧糖升级版,唯一不同的就是雪花酥比牛扎糖多添加了一些酥脆的饼干。
好吃的雪花酥咬在嘴里奶香浓郁,很有嚼劲,加之里面坚果香味和入口酸甜的蔓越莓、草莓滋味,还有酥脆的奶香饼干,给我们带来了多层次味蕾享受。

Details of ingredients

  • 无盐黄油40g(草莓味配枓)
  • 棉花糖170g
  • 全脂奶粉50g
  • 蔓越莓干40g
  • 草莓干果50g
  • 偏桃仁100g(或其它坚果)
  • 饼干120g
  • 全脂奶粉少许

Steps to make 网红雪花酥

  • 1.将偏桃仁平辅烤盘(也可使用其它坚果,烘烤方法相同),放入预热150度上下火烤箱,烤20分钟。
  • 2.将烤好的偏桃仁放入烤箱(花生仁类坚果去皮),开发酵挡继续保温。
  • 3.将蔓越莓干大颗粒用剪刀略改下。
  • 4.所有材料备齐。
  • 5.将黄油放入不粘锅里,开中小火加热融化。
  • 6.锅中加入棉花糖,小火继续加热融化。
  • 7.棉花糖融化后,加入奶粉搅拌均匀关火。
  • 8.放入草莓干、饼干、大杏仁、越莓干,用刮刀搅拌混合,乖余热在锅里取出糖团,用双手反复揉裹拉丝状,使坚果、饼干所有材料被棉花糖奶粉均匀裹住。
  • 9.再把糖团放入模具中,用手前推揉压整平,这样可防止糖块中饼干碾压过碎。
  • 10.用筛子在糖块上筛撒奶粉,放置凉冷。
  • 11.再用刀将凉冷的糖块切成小糖块块。
  • 12.将切好的糖块用包装袋装好封囗。
