核桃酥

  • 中筋粉300g
  • 玉米油120g
  • 白糖70g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 玉米粉100g
  • 芝麻少许
  • 小苏打2g
  • 泡打粉4g
  • 熟核桃仁160g

Steps to make 核桃酥

  • 1.核桃仁提前烤熟,搓点外皮。
  • 2.中筋粉和已经过筛的玉米粉混合,加入小苏打和泡打粉,混合均匀。
  • 3.鸡蛋加玉米油,白糖,混合。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入所有粉类。
  • 6.揉成面团。
  • 7.加入核桃仁,揉均匀。
  • 8.取少许面团捏成小团,放入烤盘,用拇指压扁,沾上芝麻,提前预热烤箱155℃,烤15分钟,上色即可。
  • 9.刚烤好不是脆的,等放凉后就酥脆了。
  • 10.放入密封罐保存,尽快食用。
