在韩国料理店吃到的泡菜饼,边缘有点酥酥的感觉,自己在家做过一次,没有店里的好吃,后来问了卖泡菜的人,说加点糯米粉,今天就试做了一次,虽然没有店里的酥,但是也很好吃,记得一定要趁热吃!

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 面粉100克
  • 泡菜汤100克

Steps to make 泡菜饼

  • 1.泡菜稍微挤一下汤汁,切细丝。
  • 2.将泡菜丝放入大碗中,加入糯米粉和面粉。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散。
  • 4.将蛋液加入放泡菜和面粉的碗中,倒入泡菜的汤汁,搅拌均匀。面糊的状态是用勺舀起慢慢滴落下来。
  • 5.不粘锅预热,倒入少许的油,用汤勺盛入半勺的面糊,用勺子稍微按压,将饼摊圆。
  • 6.当饼的边缘慢慢凝固的时候,翻面,将饼煎至两面金黄。
  • 7.趁热吃最好,边缘有那么一点酥酥的口感。
