准备进入5月,5月底6月的时候是小龙虾上市的季节,此时的小龙虾最为肥美,也是一年种价格最低的时候,出去宵夜满大街都是小龙虾,可是外面盛传的小龙虾都是洗虾粉洗干净的,洗虾粉对人体有害处,过度食用会引起呕吐,急性肠胃炎。小龙虾体内的蛋白质含量很高,且肉质松软,易消化,对身体虚弱以及病后需要调养的人是极好的食物;虾肉内还富含镁、锌、碘、硒等,镁对心脏活动具有重要的调节作用,能保护心血管系统,它可减少血液中胆固醇含量,防止动脉硬化,同时还能扩张冠状动脉,有利于预防高血压及心肌梗塞。小龙虾含有虾青素,虾青素是一种很强的抗氧化剂,日本大阪大学的科学家发现,虾青素有助消除因时差反应而产生的“时差症”。另外,小龙虾还可入药,能化痰止咳,促进手术后的伤口生肌愈合。小龙虾有这么多的好处,何不在家自己做,自己做干净又卫生,爱吃多少吃多少,做法也不难。

  • 土豆2个

  • 清水2碗
  • 豆瓣酱50克
  • 花椒3克
  • 麻椒3克
  • 八角2个
  • 陈皮2片
  • 香叶3片
  • 酱油15克
  • 蚝油15克
  • 大蒜10克
  • 姜片4片
  • 干辣椒1大把

Steps to make 麻辣小龙虾

  • 1.小龙虾从尾部中间那块拧抽出虾肠
  • 2.剪掉头部
  • 3.用刷子刷洗虾身三遍以上,换三次水
  • 4.土豆去皮煮熟切片垫在砂锅底部备用
  • 5.热锅,倒入适量的花生油,放入姜片和蒜末爆香
  • 6.捞出事先泡好的干辣椒段爆香,加入豆瓣酱小火炒出红油放入八角,陈皮,花椒,麻椒,香叶煸香
  • 7.倒入小龙虾大火翻炒均匀,加入料酒翻炒至红
  • 8.加入酱油蚝油翻炒均匀
  • 9.倒入两碗清水焖煮5分钟
  • 10.把小龙虾捞出码在土豆片上,倒入汁水,中小火焖煮5分钟即可
