酱炒鸡块再放一些配菜进去,一锅出有肉有菜有温度,暖暖的,拌饭蘸馒头都好吃,这味道微微有一点辣味,连小朋友也能吃,还吃得很开心呢,这样做一盘省事不麻烦,炖鸡块的同时,煮好一锅白米饭,米饭熟了,鸡块也炖好了,全家开饭吧。

  • 红辣椒少许
  • 炒鸡酱1包
  • 八角1个
  • 花椒数粒
  • 香叶1片
  • 干红辣椒2个

Steps to make 酱炒鸡块

  • 1.鸡块先用清水反复清洗干净,锅里放上适量的清水,鸡块凉水下锅,点火烧开,把鸡块焯水去腥,再过凉水凉透且清洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 2.金针菇去根部,锅里水烧开后,放一点盐把金针菇放到水里焯水去木屑味,再用凉水拔透。
  • 3.土豆去皮,切滚刀块,红辣椒清洗干净,切三角块。
  • 4.炒锅烧热后,放入适量的玉米油,烧热后放入葱姜爆香,再把八角、花椒、香味、干红辣椒放到锅里一起爆香。
  • 5.接着放入鸡块炒香,别急,这一步多炒一会儿,让鸡块呈现出金黄色。
  • 6.再倒入炒鸡酱翻炒出香味。
  • 7.加入适量的清水,清水以没过鸡块为宜,大火烧开,转小火慢炖 ,直至鸡块用筷子可以轻易扎透为止,此时鸡块已经熟透,再放入土豆块和金针菇炖至土豆软烂入味。
  • 8.最后把红辣椒放到锅里翻炒几下就可以关火出锅了。
