橙香蛋糕卷

Steps to make 橙香蛋糕卷

  • 1.1个橙子,取中间部分切5个厚片。
  • 2.加100g糖、350g水煮至边缘略显透明的状态,冷却后用厨房纸巾吸去多余水分备用。
  • 3.橙汁50g+玉米油50g+低筋粉70g+5个蛋黄混合均匀。
  • 4.5个蛋清加几滴白醋,分三次加50g糖打发至中性发泡。将蛋白与蛋黄液混合翻拌均匀。
  • 5.烤盘铺油纸,摆橙子片,倒入蛋糕液。烤箱预热150度。
  • 6.尽量整理平整。
  • 7.烤箱150度上下火中层烤25分钟左右。
  • 8.脱模。
  • 9.倒扣,一侧斜45度切掉边缘。现在已经可以直接卷起来吃了,可以不必从下面的步骤放奶油和橙子夹心。
  • 10.抹一层奶油。
  • 11.另一侧奶油涂厚一点,放橙子做内馅,再用奶油包裹住。
  • 12.卷起来,用擀面杖辅助向前推,尽量卷紧。
  • 13.去掉油纸。
  • 14.蛋糕卷完成。
  • 15.切块。
  • 16.成品图。
