Steps to make 糖醋里脊

  • 1.将里脊肉切成条状。
  • 2.加入食盐,胡椒粉,生抽,姜丝
  • 3.加入适量的生粉,打进一个鸡蛋,腌制10分钟
  • 4.取一只干净的平底锅,将里脊肉炸好
  • 5.取另一只锅,油热下番茄酱,小火熬热,放入炸好的里脊肉,来回翻炒,直至每一根里脊肉都沾上番茄汁。
  • 6.出锅后撒上一点黑芝麻装饰。
  • 7.成品
