Steps to make 兰花肉片炒粉卷

  • 1.备材料
  • 2.粉卷切段,瘦肉切片后用腌料(盐、糖、酒、生粉、鸡粉)拌腌10分钟,蒜头切碎,夜兰花洗净
  • 3.热锅,下油、爆香蒜粒,下肉片
  • 4.中火把肉片爆至转白色
  • 5.下粉卷段
  • 6.把粉卷充分爆透
  • 7.下2/3混好的调味料
  • 8. 炒至均匀入味
  • 9. 下夜兰花
  • 10.大火把夜兰花炒至软熟,加入余下的调味汁炒透
  • 11.下葱粒
  • 12.关火,所有材料稍为翻炒一下就可上碟
