青岛这边吃虾具有非常好的地理优势,平时吃的比较多的就是白灼虾,能最好的保存虾的鲜味,但是白灼虾实在不能满足重口味的我,香辣虾才是我的最爱。。。。。。

Steps to make 香辣虾

  • 1.新鲜的活虾去虾线,清洗干净后沥干水分
  • 2.土豆切条
  • 3.油锅烧至六成热下入虾炸至有点比较干干的程度捞出
  • 4.豆条炸熟捞出
  • 5.锅中加少量炸虾的油,下入葱姜蒜和干辣椒煸香
  • 6.加入豆瓣酱炒出红油
  • 7.下入虾和土豆,加少许生抽、盐、料酒、糖调味
  • 8.煸干水分后下入芹菜段,炒至芹菜断生
  • 9.出锅
