  • 2.香菇提前泡发好备用,板栗剥壳备用。
  • 3.热锅冷油,下姜片煸香。
  • 4.放入鸡块翻炒均匀。
  • 5.加入适量生抽翻炒均匀。
  • 6.放入适量热水,少许老抽及盐,香菇撕小块,板栗放入大火烧开转中火焖煮廿分钟,其间翻炒一下。
