红糖椰香马蹄糕
千层马蹄糕有着浓郁的椰香,甜而不腻,吃起来爽口弹牙,大人小孩都爱吃,上次亲戚聚餐的时候做了两盆千层马蹄糕带过去,大家都一致好评,瞬间消灭掉。

Steps to make 红糖椰香马蹄糕

  • 1.红糖块和160克清水倒入锅中,用小火煮至糖融化。
  • 2.200克的马蹄粉倒入盆中。
  • 3.140克清水倒入马蹄粉中。
  • 4.倒入水后,搅拌一下,让马蹄粉充分吸收水分。刚倒入水,如图中的状态,结块那样,别担心,待会儿再倒入液体的时候就不会那样了。
  • 5.先取步骤4中做好的230克马蹄浓浆,和160克清水搅拌均匀,成马蹄粉浆,剩余的110克的马蹄浓浆待会用来调椰浆的。
  • 6.煮至红糖融化的红糖水,趁热加入2勺步骤5的马蹄粉浆,迅速搅拌,再将剩余的马蹄粉浆倒入,拌匀,成红糖粉浆。
  • 7.将椰浆和炼奶拌匀。
  • 8.将椰浆炼奶液倒入步骤4中剩余的110克马蹄浓浆里拌均匀,成椰香粉浆。
  • 9.锅里的水烧开后,放上不锈钢碟子,先勺入一勺红糖粉浆,盖上锅盖,隔水蒸5分钟至凝结。
  • 10.再勺入一勺椰浆粉浆,蒸5分钟。依次间隔蒸,最后一层也是红糖粉浆,蒸的时间最长。
