自制花生酱
自制的花生酱新鲜浓香还带着微甜,抹吐司、馒头或者做糕点,营养又美味。闲暇时做几瓶,能吃好些天,可比外买的强多了。

Steps to make 自制花生酱

  • 1.花生米准备好,捡去不好的。
  • 2.均匀铺满烤盘。
  • 3.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度,烘烤20-30分钟,中途翻拌一次;温度及时间根据烤箱实际情况来调整;没有烤箱可用炒锅小火炒。
  • 4.烤好的花生米刚出炉时还有些软,晾凉后就变硬了,红衣用手轻轻一搓就掉;如果凉了之后还是软的且红衣不易搓掉,说明加热时间还不够,可重新加热几分钟。
  • 5.搓掉红衣的花生米颗颗饱满;比图中颜色略深一点儿也可以,但不能是糊的。
  • 6.将花生米倒入破壁料理机的杯中。
  • 7.用破壁料理机的相应程序将花生米打碎;我用的“酱料”程序;花生米中含有大量油脂,花生碎易粘在杯壁上,需用专用搅拌棒或者断电操作。
  • 8.花生碎不易打成酱,可少量多次倒入花生油,这样才能打成完美细腻的花生酱。
  • 9.花生酱倒入提前烫好并沥干水的容器里,盖盖子密封保存。
  • 10.自制的花生酱浓香且带微甜,物美价廉,货真价实。
