泰式凉拌芒果虾

Steps to make 泰式凉拌芒果虾

  • 1.准备好今天的主食材。
  • 2.虾去壳,开背取出虾肠,洗净(因为选的虾比较大只,后面我切成了两半)。
  • 3.锅中加水烧开,放入虾仁,煮至变色捞起。
  • 4.芒果去皮。
  • 5.既然是泰国菜,今天就不用刨子,改用泰国日常切丝的方法来切芒果:用刀刃随意的纵向切打芒果,然后再平削就可以切出丝条状了。
  • 6.香菜、小米辣、蒜瓣切碎。
  • 7.白糖、盐、生抽、柠檬汁搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将芒果丝、虾仁、小米辣、蒜末、香菜放入碗中,淋上酱汁,搅拌均匀即可。
  • 9.成品。
