Steps to make 黑芝麻全麦面包

  • 1.除黄油外所有材料放进面包机,启动和面程序
  • 2.加入黑芝麻和黄油继续揉面
  • 3.等揉出筋膜后,发酵至两倍大,
  • 4.分成六等份,做成纺锤状,上面切三道
  • 5.二次发酵至两倍大,
  • 6.放进烤箱180度,25分钟即可
