三色藜麦桃酥
说起桃酥,就会想起那酥酥脆脆的口感,一直以来都喜欢吃桃酥,咬一口那个满足感哟。今天用藜麦做了桃酥,桃酥中多了藜麦的口感和营养,使我的桃酥制作又多了一种口味。

  • 中筋面粉300克
  • 玉米油130克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖80克
  • 三色藜麦20克(干)
  • 1克
  • 小苏打2克
  • 泡打粉1克

Steps to make 三色藜麦桃酥

  • 1.原料:鸡蛋、煮熟的三色藜麦、面粉(普通面粉)、小苏打、泡打粉、盐、玉米油、白糖。
  • 2.称量玉米油倒入盆中。
  • 3.加入白糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将面粉、小苏打和泡打粉,过筛入盆中,用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入三色藜麦,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.鸡蛋打散后,加入至盆中。
  • 7.和成面团。
  • 8.将面团等分成27克左右的小面团,揉圆按扁,放在烤盘上。桃酥表面可以刷蛋液,也可以不刷蛋液。
  • 9.烤箱预热,上火180度,下火170度,预热完成,将烤盘置于烤箱内倒数第二层。烤制18分钟,取出晾凉即可。
  • 10.酥脆的,有着藜麦口感的桃酥做好啦。
