荠菜黄鱼羹

Steps to make 荠菜黄鱼羹

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.荠菜处理干净,汆烫十几秒。
  • 3.过凉水挤干水分,再剁碎。
  • 4.黄鱼去骨。
  • 5.鱼肉再切大片加盐,料酒,生粉,胡椒粉抓匀冰箱冷藏腌制。
  • 6.热锅凉油,煸香葱姜,加入鱼骨翻炒一两分钟。
  • 7.加入开水炖鱼汤。
  • 8.炖好的鱼汤捞出里面的杂质,留鱼汤。
  • 9.加入腌制哈的鱼片烧开。
  • 10.加入荠菜,盐,胡椒粉烧开。
  • 11.再淋点水淀粉烧开就可以,再淋上少许的麻油就可以。
