寿喜烧牛肉火锅
寿喜烧是日式牛肉锅,也就是日式火锅,味道清甜,做法多样,可根据手边的材料和喜好做调整,但是牛肉必不可少,做法非常简单。

Steps to make 寿喜烧牛肉火锅

  • 1.准备的材料,先把蔬菜清洗干净,沥干水分;
  • 2.锅中放清水,放入海带头,也就是海带的根部,比较老的部位;
  • 3.盖上锅盖,大火烧开,煮一会;
  • 4.大约5分钟,放入适量的柴鱼片;
  • 5.继续煮,煮至柴鱼的味道四处飘荡;
  • 6.把煮好的汤汁过滤至电锅里,去掉海带和柴鱼片;
  • 7.这就是寿喜烧酱油,带甜味的淡口酱油;
  • 8.倒适量至电锅里,锅里有海带汤,品尝一下味道,调好以后,做锅底;
  • 9.把洗净的蔬菜依次摆放到电锅里,接通电源,剩下和吃火锅一样啦,蘸料用芝麻酱或你喜欢的均可。
  • 10.蔬菜或豆腐不够,可随时添加,和我们吃的火锅一样,只不过锅底不同而已。
