自制红豆沙
红豆的营养价值众所周知。自制无添加的红豆沙是家人喜欢的馅料,无论是做面包还是豆沙包都非常美味。

Steps to make 自制红豆沙

  • 1.红豆清洗干净,清水浸泡12小时以上。
  • 2.沥干水分,放入电压力锅中,加水刚好没过红豆即可。
  • 3.盖好锅盖,调制豆蹄筋档。
  • 4.程序结束,红豆酥烂,水分基本被豆子吸收,比较干爽。
  • 5.称取500克煮熟的红豆放入面包桶,加入20红糖、80克白糖、50克玉米油混合。
  • 6.启动面包机果酱功能键。
  • 7.程序结束,红豆沙做好。
  • 8.盛出放凉后,放置冰箱、密封保存。
  • 9.成品图。
