Steps to make 煲仔饭

  • 1.【煲米饭】300克长粒香米(丝苗米最佳)提前浸泡1个小时。
  • 2.电饭锅底部刷油。
  • 3.倒入大米,加水微微没过大米(比平时蒸米饭的水少点)。
  • 4.按下电饭锅的煲仔饭键。
  • 5.【主菜】1根香肠切片、80克腊肉切片(腊肉可以焯一下水,去除多余的咸味)。
  • 6.【配菜】3-4个香菇切丝、1个土豆切丝、半个胡萝卜切丝,均用开水焯一下(配菜可以根据个人口味调整)。
  • 7.米饭煲好后,依次码上香肠片、腊肉片、香菇丝、土豆丝、胡萝卜丝,再焖煮五分钟左右(根据个人口味可打一个鸡蛋)。
  • 8.【料汁】3勺味极鲜、3勺蒸鱼豉油、1.5勺白糖、5勺清水、1勺香油、适量胡椒粉,充分搅拌均匀(根据米饭量和个人口味,调整用料和用量)。
  • 9.开盖铺上几颗青菜、一个煎蛋。
