肉末蛋羹是孩子特别爱吃的一道菜,有滋有味,搭配馒头或米饭都非常好,这次我用青椒炒的肉丝来浇蛋羹,又多了一些清香味

  • 1.青椒肉丝鸡蛋羹做法的步骤 鸡蛋打散,放入一点盐和五香粉,盐不要多,有点咸味就可以

  • 11.加水,水不要多,和菜量一平即可,同时加入盐蚝油调味。小火煮炖5分钟
  • 12.5分钟后水淀粉勾芡。
  • 13.盛出肉丝等,浇到蒸好的蛋羹上即可。
