    Steps to make 红烧肘子

    • 1.准备好肘子。
    • 2. 肘子用清水泡至2小时以上。
    • 3. 准备好辅料。
    • 4.葱切段,姜切片。

    • 6.肘子洗净后焯水。
    • 7.锅中注入少量的有爆香葱、姜、八角、桂皮、辣椒、香叶。
    • 8.加入老抽、冰糖、老汤、料酒、盐和热水。
    • 9.烧开后,将汤汁倒入高压锅中,下入焯水的肘子,盖好锅盖,压至 40分钟,关火后焖至4小时以上。
    • 10.取出肘入蒸锅,放入较大的碗中。浇上汤汁蒸制 1小时。
    • 11.将蒸好的肘子放入盘中。
    • 12.另起锅,倒入蒸肘子的汤汁,
    • 13.烧开后勾入薄芡。将汤汁浇在肘子上即可。子,放入较大的碗中。
