粉角
七八月份天气炎热,粉角最开胃,可冷可热食用,做法简单又美味。广西很多地方喜欢吃,各地的叫法也不一样,还有叫三角饺的。

  • 肠粉1盒
  • 猪肉250g
  • 冬瓜1截
  • 孜然粉少许
  • 蚝油2匙
  • 酱油2匙
  • 生粉1匙

Steps to make 粉角

  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.冬瓜去皮,去籽,切成小粒状,加入适量盐静止几分钟,除去多余水分,用水冲洗沥干。
  • 3.猪肉搅成肉末,加入蚝油、酱油、孜然粉、适量盐、生粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.先热油炒冬瓜粒,炒至断生。
  • 5.倒入肉末一起翻炒,调味即可。
  • 6.准备好肉馅就可以开始包粉角了(戴一次手套)
  • 7.将粉肠切成均匀三段。
  • 8.将粉肠打开,馅料放一端。
  • 9.折下三角。
  • 10.三角对三角往里翻,将肉馅包住。
  • 11.顺着翻两三下,这样就可以了。
  • 12.做好的粉角放一边。
  • 13.可以直接食用或粘辣椒、醋等调料,也可以稍微蒸热一点再吃。
  • 14.成品。
