  • 1.香菇洗静,切块
  • 2.海带水发后,切块
  • 3.大骨头洗静,洗时多用水冲几边,之前我做酱骨头时,用开水冲去了血末,这个熬汤,怕骨髓油跑,没做这一步,这可跟个人喜好!
  • 4.放入姜片,和老卤料包,没有老卤料包的,超市有配好的排骨料即可
  • 5.加水刚末过骨头即可,记得放2勺盐,
  • 6.选择电压力锅的排骨选项
  • 7.出锅前再加少许盐和鸡精,放入葱花和香菜
  • 8.可以用吸管吸骨髓油哦
