  • 蚝油1匙

Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.买回来的大虾先清洗干净,剪掉虾枪,用牙签挑去虾线。
  • 2.倒入料酒、生抽、五香粉。
  • 3.再倒入蚝油搅拌均匀,腌制20分钟。
  • 4.姜切成大片,小香葱切成长条。
  • 5.锅中倒花生油,油热后铺上姜片。
  • 6.再铺上小香葱。
  • 7.开小火,把腌制好的大虾摆在上面,撒上盐。
  • 8.沿锅边和虾上倒上料酒。
  • 9.盖上锅盖中火焖10分钟。
