黑芝麻南瓜汤圆

Steps to make 黑芝麻南瓜汤圆

  • 1.南瓜去皮洗净放入小锅中,加少量的水,小火慢慢煮熟
  • 2.煮熟后搅烂,晾凉后戴手套检出没搅烂的硬块,继续搅成一团
  • 3.加入等量的糯米粉,搅拌均匀
  • 4.移到面板上继续添加糯米粉揉至表面光滑,做汤圆的面团要稍微硬一些,慢慢地加面粉揉
  • 5.黑芝麻加入白砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 6.加麻油搅拌成团(可能猪油会更有效)
  • 7.面团捏成中间厚两边薄,然后放入芝麻团
  • 8.捏成团,然后要特别轻轻地把表面揉光滑成圆后,放置备用
  • 9.放置在硅油纸上,然后放入冰箱冷冻至少俩小时后可装袋。当然也可以立即煮来吃
  • 10.开水入锅煮至浮起来
  • 11.煮好的南瓜汤圆色泽金黄,特别漂亮,口感也不错。
