Steps to make 香草巧克力豆玛芬

  • 1.低粉过筛,黄油从冰箱里拿出来后直接切成小块,入低粉中。
  • 2.搓成屑状。
  • 3.拌进去大部分的巧克力豆。
  • 4.拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋打入盆中打散。
  • 6.加入牛奶和香草精。
  • 7.拌匀。
  • 8.然后倒入拌好巧克力豆的低粉中。
  • 9.拌均匀成面糊。
  • 10.装入模具中,约2/3满。
  • 11.把留下巧克力豆撒在面上。
  • 12.烤箱180度,约15分钟。
