杏仁巧克力饼干

Steps to make 杏仁巧克力饼干

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.将可可粉和面粉还有小苏打混合,杏仁切碎备用。
  • 3.将糖粉倒入室温软化后的黄油大碗里。
  • 4.将糖粉和黄油搅拌均匀,将鸡蛋分数次倒入,每一次都要等到鸡蛋完全与黄油糖粉搅拌均匀后在倒入下一次。
  • 5.再次以低速搅打均匀,不需要把黄油打发。
  • 6.筛入可可粉面粉和小苏打的混合粉。
  • 7.倒入切好的杏仁。
  • 8.把食材全部混合,揉成几份。将其中一份整形成长方形,厚度1厘米。
  • 9.切成均匀的长条,摆在铺好锡纸的烤架上。
  • 10.烤箱预热好,上下火180度,烤到饼干用手按上去变硬即可。
  • 11.出炉后冷却食用。密封常温保存可以至少一周。
