“酿”菜是客家菜系中的经典,在粤菜占有重要的地位。有经典的煎酿三宝,其实不止三种,泛指煎酿菜系中的任意三种。煎酿辣椒香、微辣、鲜等吸引大量的人喜欢吃。

  • 料酒2ml
  • 鸡粉1克
  • 生粉20克

Steps to make 客家美食,煎酿辣椒

  • 1.准备食材:青辣椒、猪肉;
  • 2.青椒洗净,中间划开,去籽,放盐腌制10分钟,或把辣椒变软即可;
  • 3.猪肉洗净,用绞肉机搅碎;
  • 4.洗净的香葱切碎、把肉碎、生粉、盐、酱油、料酒、鸡粉、花生油拌均,做成肉馅;
  • 5.把肉馅酿入辣椒中;
  • 6.这些事酿好的酿辣椒;
  • 7.热锅,倒油,小火煎酿辣椒;PS:建议用平底锅比较好煎哦。
  • 8.不断翻转,煎至酿辣椒360度全金黄,熟透即可。
