杏仁巧克力蛋糕卷
最近甜品类的吃的有点多,于是今天就想着玩一下无油的方子。无油的方子真的是满让我喜欢的,口感比较粗但是回味很清新,而且无油的感觉也是比较健康一点。当然了为了让无油的吃起来更加的味美,我们可以配入果浆,巧克力浆或是淡奶油,都可以给无油蛋糕带来全新的感觉。

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 低粉80克
  • 白糖30克
  • 巧克力100克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 鲜奶50克

Steps to make 杏仁巧克力蛋糕卷

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.分蛋打法,将蛋清分离出,加入白糖。
  • 3.打至蛋白糊倒扣不流。
  • 4.再将蛋黄加入,提高打蛋器的转速,打至食材融合。
  • 5.如图就是打好的样子,可以保持有纹理哦。
  • 6.将低粉过筛加入,拌至无干粉状,再入裱花袋里。
  • 7.将面糊均匀的挤在烤盘里,再入预热好的烤箱。
  • 8.170度烤制12分钟。烤好后放凉备用。
  • 9.备巧克力淡奶油鲜奶及黄油。
  • 10.将淡奶油及鲜奶加至在一起,加热至微开。
  • 11.再将巧克力加入,拌至融化,再将黄油加入,拌至融化。
  • 12.将巧克力糊抹在蛋糕卷的内部。
  • 13.再卷好封好口定型半小时左右。在表面刷上一层巧克力糊。
  • 14.再用烤好的杏仁片装饰一下即可。
