Steps to make 花生酥

  • 1.主锅中➕鸡蛋➕细砂糖➕猪油。
  • 2.盖上锅盖和量杯,点击触摸屏菜单,设置2分钟/四档搅拌,搅拌过程结束机子会有提示音。
  • 3.这是搅拌好的鸡蛋猪油混合后的状态。
  • 4.低筋粉➕泡打粉➕盐过筛到里面。
  • 5.加花生碎。
  • 6.盖上锅盖和量杯,100秒/设置4档(㊙️反转)揉面,揉面过程结束机子发出提示音。
  • 7.用刮刀把食材取出。
  • 8.用手揉成团。
  • 9.把揉好的面团,分成15克左右的小剂子,搓圆放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,用手掌心轻轻摁扁一点。
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱,160度烤20分钟。
  • 11.香甜酥脆的花生酥就完成了,有没有吸引到你的味蕾。
