Steps to make 咸鱼茄子煲

  • 1.茄子切成条泡在水里。
  • 2.锅放多点油,把茄子条放进去炸一下,稍微变软就出锅沥油。
  • 3.然后把咸鱼也炸一下,焦黄捞出来沥油。
  • 4.把锅里的油倒出来,剩少许油锅里爆香蒜蓉和干辣椒段。
  • 5.再把肉末放进去炒出油。
  • 6.然后把茄子条放回锅里,加一勺酱油、少许盐和鸡精炒匀。
  • 7.炒香的茄子加少许水,然后产进砂锅里,盖上盖子焖到茄子软。
  • 8.然后洒上葱花即可。
  • 9.咸香可口,下饭好菜。
