  • 抱子甘蓝约300克

  • 干葱片1/2个量
  • 蒜头末2粒量
  • 辣椒圈1只量
  • 食盐1/3小勺
  • 胡椒粉1/3小勺
  • 白糖1/2小勺
  • 白酒1大勺

Steps to make 腊肉炒抱子甘蓝

  • 1.把抱子甘蓝外表的黄叶去掉,洗净,然后地半切开。
  • 2.腊肉切片入锅,开中火。
  • 3.煸出油,出锅,留油,开大火,锅热加生姜、干葱、蒜头和辣椒,爆香。
  • 4.倒入抱子甘蓝,炒片刻,加清2大勺,稍盖盖子片刻。
  • 5.开锅盖,烹入食盐1/3小勺、胡椒粉1/3小勺、白糖1/2小勺、白酒1大勺,加入腊肉,兜匀即可。
