    Steps to make 茄汁手擀面

    • 1.适量面粉加盐,用温水和成硬一点的面团醒三十分钟,中间可多揉几次。
    • 2.番茄和西兰花,葱洗净备用。
    • 3.番茄切碎,锅预热入锅烧热,放入番茄翻炒,加酱油,五香粉,盐调味,茄汁炒好出锅备用。
    • 4.西兰花提前焯水备用。
    • 5.小葱切碎装盘。
    • 6.醒好的面多揉几次擀开。
    • 7.两次对折后犁成自己喜欢的宽度,撒入玉米粉以免粘连。
    • 8.锅中入水煮沸,放入面煮两开就可以盛出来。
    • 9.面上放入辣椒粉,芝麻,葱花,胡椒粉用热油淋入激出香味儿。
    • 10.码入西兰花,加醋,酱油,盐搅拌均匀即可享用。
