我也终于在一个冬日午后,拔草这道被‘勾引’了很久的美食~

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 面包糠200克
  • 蚝油一勺
  • 生抽一勺

Steps to make 炸猪排

  • 1.猪肉切小块用专用锤子砸至松软~
  • 2.放人盆中加入耗油、盐、糖、生抽适量腌制半小时以上~
  • 3.将腌好的肉放在鸡蛋液上裹一圈~
  • 4.接着将肉放在面粉裹一圈,鸡蛋、面粉这个步骤重复三次~
  • 5.最后裹上面包糠~
  • 6.锅中放油,等待油温升高~
  • 7.轻轻放入猪排,炸制两面金黄即可~
